So here we are in Christchurch, New Zealand and we simply couldn’t be happier.
While it’s certainly a very different city from when mummy and daddy lived here all
those years ago, there’s an energy and an attitude that’s hard to put into words. You feel it all around and it inspires you and makes you realise that life is full of possibilities and opportunities, and that great things can come from even the worst of times.
Following the 2010-2011 earthquakes, Christchurch/Ōtautahi has re-emerged as a vibrant, ever-evolving city. Lonely Planet listed it as one of the top 10 cities to visit in 2013 and on The New York Times’s 52 Place to go in 2014, Christchurch ranked no. 2. We can’t wait to start exploring and are thrilled that this is our current playground!
